- Timekeeping Data: Punch in/out times and dates, work hours and attendance records, and payroll processing information.
- Information Collected Automatically: IP addresses, device "finger-prints" for security and restriction purposes, browser time-zone information, and device information for security purposes.
- Location Data: If location restrictions or verification are enabled, we collect geo-location data at the time of a punch to verify punch locations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively for:
- Tracking work hours and attendance
- Payroll processing and related transactions
- Compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Providing, maintaining, and improving our Service
- Processing transactions and sending related information, including subscription confirmations and invoices

- Monitoring and analyzing trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service
- Ensuring system security, preventing fraud, and enforcing our terms and policies

- You can disable location services (may affect punch verification)

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure server storage
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security audits
6. Data Retention
We store the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it, or for other legitimate business purposes, including to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations. Time and attendance records are retained in accordance with applicable labor laws and company policies, typically for a minimum of 3 years.
